Founded in 2003, greenLab is a Laboratory for Applied Geomatics Research situated within the Faculty of Agricultural Science - Forestry and Environmental Science degree program - at the University of Bari, ITALY.
With private and public research partners, the laboratory supports original applications of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and geomatics to pure and applied forestry science, environmental and social research on national and international scales. Through its transdisciplinary approach, greenLab fosters the development of new spatial analytical methods and applications that address pressing ecological and social issues in urban and periurban areas. The laboratory is coordinated by Prof. Giovanni Sanesi and  Dr. Raffaele Lafortezza.

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new tool called imollo (v. 1.0). imollo provides secure file transfer and enables users to easily send large files in few seconds. The tool works like a virtual "tunnel" connecting two computers: just select a contact from the list and drop your files.
imollo is the ideal tool for those people working with overseas colleagues as it allows sending files to both online and offline contacts. It helps reducing the number of emails and attachments! Get imollo at  www.imollo.com 100% FREE
